Who's who at Preston House.

Gail McAdam – Manager

Gail McAdam is the manager at Preston House. Gail qualified as a Second Level nurse in 1988 and worked in a hospital for the mentally handicapped for the following 18 years. During that period she qualified as a Mental Handicapped Nurse 1st Level. Gail worked at Edward House for the previous owners first as a staff nurse before being promoted to charge nurse and then deputy manager. She became manager of Edward House when it was purchased by Kingdom Homes, moving to Preston House in Glenrothes when it opened in the autumn of 2009.

Kelma Poulton – Clinical Lead Nurse

Kelma Poulton is Clinical Lead Nurse at Preston House. Kelma qualified as a nurse in 1983, working in an NHS general surgical ward before moving to the independent sector when her family were young. She worked as a Staff Nurse at Camilla House Nursing Home for 11 years, where she mentored student nurses. Kelma attained a Level 3 Management qualification before managing Fernlea House for a short period prior to transferring to Preston House in her current role.
